Abedi Enterprises provides QSR Manager, a workplace restaurant-operations service accessible through the QSR Manager website and iOS application. This notice explains the information used by the service, why it is used, and how to ask questions or make a data request.
Information the service handles
- Account details: names, email addresses, account identifiers, job roles, assigned restaurants, and account status.
- Work records: task and checklist answers, staffing and employee-documentation entries, notes, restaurant identifiers, submission dates and times, and maintenance activity.
- Media you choose to provide: photos or videos uploaded as supporting evidence for inventory, cleaning, equipment, and other operational workflows. Uploads may include information visible in the captured scene.
- Security information: login events, times, and IP addresses used for account security and auditing.
- Website and device data: website session cookies keep users signed in. The iOS app stores an authentication token in Keychain, may cache previously retrieved work records on the device, and stores local reminder preferences where enabled.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, control access by job role and restaurant, carry out and review operational workflows, investigate equipment or safety issues, manage staffing, support the service, and maintain security and audit records.
Photos, notifications, and location
Camera and photo-library features are used when you choose to attach evidence. Local iOS reminders require notification permission. The current iOS app does not request GPS location access; an IP address may nevertheless indicate a general geographic area.
Who can access information
Authorized Abedi Enterprises personnel can access records according to their assigned roles and business responsibilities. Service providers that host or operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure and object-storage providers, process information to support the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
QSR Manager is designed for internal operations, not interest-based advertising. The current website and iOS code do not include advertising or cross-app tracking features.
Storage and safeguards
Operational records and uploaded evidence are handled through the application's backend and its configured object storage. The service uses access controls and account authentication to restrict access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and requests
Records are retained for operational, audit, employment-related, security, and legal purposes for as long as reasonably necessary. The applicable period can vary by record type and legal requirements. If you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your account, contact your restaurant administrator or the privacy contact below. Requests are reviewed subject to applicable retention and legal obligations; some business records may need to be retained.
Children
This service is intended for authorized workplace users, not children.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect.
